Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a MSc in Nutrition from King’s College London, looking to establish a career in the field of nutrition.

Unlike many nutrition-based blogs, there will be no recipes here. Rather, I will be delving into current research to highlight how nutrition can be used in a proactive, protective and beneficial manner. With an explicit personal interest in scientific evidence and a desire to capitalise on this professionally in a policy/strategy environment – largely pertaining to public health – a variety of posts published will relate to this. As a former student-athlete at The College of Idaho, some posts will combine my athletic and academic interests. However, regardless of topic specialisation, hopefully all posts are thought-provoking and of interest to anyone/everyone reading!
